The Council of Owners meet once a month, where an Agenda is followed consisting of but not limited to, Business arising and any outstanding items, e.g. Finance, General Business, completed works.

This is a closed door meeting, but all residents are invited to send an email to the Strata Manager if they would like anything clarified or discussed.  The AGM Meeting is generally in July each year.

The Council of Owners will publish any news on the website that is relevant for residents information.  Please check the news section regularly, as this will be the go to page for any news or upcoming events.
