Royale Apartments is a Strata Titled development comprising a total of 197 lots, of those there are 193 Apartments and 4 Commercial/Retail lots.
In accordance with the Strata Titles Act, it is the responsibility of each Owner to ensure that the Strata Company has a current address for all correspondence. If you have appointed a Property Manager please advise the Strata Manager of the Agent’s name, address and contact numbers so that an accurate roll can be maintained.
Levies are paid quarterly in advance and are due and payable on the first day or each quarter. Interest is charged on all overdue levy accounts and accrued on a daily basis.
Strata Managers holds a register of all swipe cards/remotes in operation in the building. Please advise the Strata Manager if you need a new remote or have misplaced it, so that it can be disabled from the system.
